We have partnered with Precision Aerial and Flying Labs Zimbabwe to run workshops that introduce youths to drone piloting and engineering. This cultivates vital skills in science, tech, engineering and maths (STEM) and exposes youths to career opportunities in drone flying that is in high demand in the region.

Drones can be used for example to:

  • Provide visibility over previously inaccessible areas (e.g. for agriculture)

  • Provide food and medical care in rural areas more efficiently, and

  • Spray repellant over large areas to prevent Malaria infections

In its beginner drone training, Precision Aerial uses drones as a tool to introduce young learners to students improving their computer literacy and learning the importance of data. They also enhance their problem-solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking as well as teamwork and story-telling capacity.

Consider sponsoring a workshop for a student cohort for $700-$1000 (£500-£700) - this opportunity can change the course of their careers!
